No hard copy of official transcript will be mailed to your home institution. You may choose to screen capture the exam results from your HKU Portal and submit to your home institution.

If your home institution does not accept electronic copy of your exam results, please apply for official transcript (only available in hard copy) through the Academic Support and Examination Section after the announcement of your exam results.

The above arrangement is applicable to all University-level Incoming Exchange students.

If you are nominated through Faculty/Departmental level exchange agreements with HKU, you may check with the corresponding faculty office for transcript arrangement.
