Founded in 1920, Swansea University is a public research university located along Swansea Bay in South Wales. The institution is the third largest university in Wales.

Making up the university’s eight departments are the College of Arts and Humanities, College of Engineering, College of Human and Health Sciences, Hilary Rodham Clinton School of Law, School of Management, Medical School, College of Science and The College.
