University of Oxford - St Peter's College (2024/25) (Application HERE)
St Peter’s College, University of Oxford, accepts visiting students from the University of Hong Kong under a full-year Visiting Students Programme. Admitted students will spend one year studying at the University of Oxford as visiting students with substantial scholarships.
The Visiting Students Programme at St Peter’s has been running for more than 30 years and is one of the most successful programmes of its kind at Oxford University. Visiting students participate actively and successfully in both the academic and social life of the College, and many return to do their graduate work at St Peter’s and at Oxford.
Programme Expenses (2023/24 as reference)
Students are responsible for covering their airfare, course fees, and living costs at St Peter’s College.

Who Can Apply
Application is open to all full-time non-first, non-final year undergraduate students who:

- Have already completed at least two years of study at the time of study; preference will be given to students who are currently in their second year of study and will go to Oxford in the third year
- Have good academic performance and maintain a high CGPA of 3.7 or above
- Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English (please refer to Oxford's English language requirements).

- HKU Transcript - You should submit a copy of your HKU transcript or a print-out of your grade page from the portal showing your previous academic results, including your latest CGPA at HKU. Nominated students will need to submit an official HKU transcript at a later stage.
- Two pieces of academic work related to your intended course of study
- Resumé - Please include your academic experience, extracurricular interests and any work or volunteer experience.
- Copy of valid TOEFL/ IELTS report (Oxford's English language requirements)

- Only short-listed applicants will be invited to an interview.
- Short-listed applicants will be instructed to prepare and submit application documents to St. Peter's College.
- Only short-listed applicants will be required to submit two academic reference letters by faculty who are familiar with your work at HKU in January 2024.
