According to the latest weather forecast from the Hong Kong Observatory, the Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 is expected to be issued between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. on 1 September 2023. Therefore, we regret to inform you that the Campus Tour scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled. You are strongly advised to stay indoors when the tropical cyclone signal 8 or above is issued. Local weather is expected to deteriorate significantly, with heavy squally showers and violent winds, during the day tomorrow.
