U21 is offering a free online, international programme opportunity for students around the world in March 2025.
U21 Global Citizens helps to develop ideas together, across borders and time zones. You will develop the skills needed to thrive in the 21st century whilst tackling some of the world’s most pressing problems, outlined in the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG). With the support of trained facilitators, participants are guided to reflect on the improvement in their cultural competency and awareness throughout the course and how they, as individuals and as groups, can turn their learning into valuable global action.
Over the three-week programme you will:
The internships involve 3 x 1.5 hour live online sessions each week, with the rest of the project work undertaken flexibly, online around your other commitments (approximately an addition 1.5 hour each week).
Successful completion of the programme and all activities will earn you a micro-credential which you can display on your LinkedIn profile, demonstrating that you have developed the skills to tackle complex global issues and stand up as a leader.
This exclusive opportunity is only available to students at U21 member universities and is open to students of all disciplines.
We hope that you will join us for this free programme. Please note that there is a limited number of spaces per member university and U21 will operate a waiting list once all allocated spaces are filled. Applications close on 21 February 2025.
