An official transcript is a document provided by your host institution that lists all the courses you have taken during your exchange, along with the grades you received for each course. It is an important document that you will need to submit to your Faculty for credit transfer application. The official transcript provides a complete and accurate record of your academic performance, which is essential for any future academic or professional pursuits.
It is recommended that you apply for an extra copy of the official transcript for future use, such as when you apply for postgraduate studies or when you need to provide evidence of your academic achievements to potential employers. It is important to note that the process of obtaining an official transcript may vary depending on your host institution, so it is always a good idea to check with specific units for instructions and requirements.
