About the Programme
With origin dating back to 1967, Curtin University is an Australian public research university known for its immersive learning approaches, high-impact research, and successful industry partnerships. The University changed its name from Curtin University of Technology to Curtin University in 2010 to reflect its evolution from an Institution of applied technology to a full-fledge University - focused on research and with a wide breadth of offerings.
Curtin University currently houses over 50,000 students, with 6,061 International students studying onshore and 7,271 offshore. Faculties are the primary academic divisions of the University where teaching and research are conducted, divided into five discipline based study areas including Centre for Aboriginal Studies, Faculty of Business and Law, Health Sciences, Humanities, and Science and Engineering. Over 100 courses are offered in applied, practical subjects with a strong emphasis on industry links and international, cultural and indigenous awareness.
